Rainbow Effect Joey Wheeler

This was drawn over the summer, it was just recently uploaded and edited. There were too many sketch lines so I decided to keep the edit work simple by just rainbowing it. Besides. It was also on lined paper. It made it all the harder. It just turned out like this. I hope it's still good.
